Tom is the Founder of Heveron Group and owner of Beachland Cleaning Service since 1999.
Tom has been in the industry since 1977 with the family business in Syracuse NY. Tom earned his degree in Business Administration at Niagara University. Tom is recognized nationally as an expert in the Building Service Contractor industry. Tom earned the industry’s highest certification, Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE), making him one of less than 300 in the world to be so honored. Tom has all hands on knowledge of the business beginning his career at the bottom. Tom has lead Beachland Cleaning Service to national recognition with awards in Community Service and Safety. Tom oversees all Financial, Customer Service and Safety programs. Tom is a seasoned leader that has helped Beachland Cleaning Service develop programs that have allowed for successful growth of the business since 1999.

Bryan has been with Beachland Cleaning Service since 2001. Bryan studied Business Administration at Indian River State College. Bryan has been trained in the BSCAI Supervision, Sales, Operations, Executive Management, Safety and Specialty Services. Bryan began, like his father, from the ground up. Bryan has become an expert in training and solving difficult problems for our customers. There is no job to big or task that too difficult with his expertise in all areas of operations. Bryan heads up Sales and Operations in the South County’s region.

Maria has a BA in Business Administration from University of Colombia. Maria heads all Residential program activities and sales. She is also in charge of the office staff while heading our Accounts Receivable, Payables, HR reporting and maintains all payroll records for the company. Maria has 15 years of service with Beachland Cleaning Service.

Amparo has been with Beachland Cleaning Service since 2000. Amparo is from Cali, Colombia where she earned her Degree in Business Administration from the University Libre. Amparo is a senior Manager that has charge of all Evening Operations in Indian River County. Amparo has successfully completed training programs with the BSCAI on Supervision, Customer Service, Human Resources and Safety. She helps support all operations with staffing, special project planning and new job starts. Her dedication to the customers is unchallenged. Amparo sets a high standard and her dedication is of high value to the customers in her area.

Kim has been with Beachland Cleaning Service for 18 years. Kim is charged with Special Services Scheduling, Supply Procurement/ Sales and Operations for Indian River County. Her expertise is a valuable asset to our customers to find solutions for their needs. Kim is trained in all Safety and Operationsl procedures through many educational programs and the BSCAI. Kim retired from UPS and served her country in the USAF.

Victoria joined Beachland Cleaning Service in 2014. She handles all Operations, Supply budgeting, Customer Service and Staffing for the Ft Pierce area. Vicky is from Bogota, Colombia where she earned her Law degree. She is a passionate leader of her team and excels at finding solutions for her customers and staff.

Lili has been with Beachland Cleaning Service since 2013. Lili is in charge of many Commercial buildings, Staffing, Supply Budgets, Customer Service in Indian River County. Lili is from Bogota, Colombia where she earned her degree to Practice Medicine. Lili is always a person to help her staff succeed with strong organizational and leadership skills. Lili dedication and understanding of her customers’ needs helps her team succeed.
